I have occasional knee pain, especially when the weather is humid or very cold. Since using this power knee brace from msight, my knees feel so much better, I can walk better and longer without pain. I keep the brace on for an extended period without discomfort, keeping my knees from taking on too much strain or pressure, and the adjustable straps and springs are very useful.
